Michelle Lewis has spent over ten years as a writer, editor, columnist and content developer. She has led numerous content development and editorial projects and has contributed to the success of many businesses through branding strategies, business blog development, collateral, Web site content, PR, and SEO.

Michelle has appeared in national and regional media such as The Portland Phoenix, Home Recording, Experience Hendrix Magazine, Audiophile, Northeast Performer, Face Magazine, Port City Life, Interface Tech News, Newsfactor Network, Northeast International Business Journal, New Hampshire Hospitality News, and others. She has served as Managing Editor and Editor of The Midcoast Business Monthly and The Harpswell Anchor, respectively.

Michelle’s poetry and criticism has appeared in The Gettysburg Review, Poet Lore, Café Review, Chester H, Jones Anthology, Kalliope, Full Moon Rising, the Best of Moon Pie Volume II and her poem “Looking for Bo Derek” was recently part of the Best of Moon Pie audio CD.

She holds an M.F.A in creative writing and is author of a collection of poetry, The Desire Line, published by Moon Pie Press. She currently teaches English at Saint Joseph's College in Standish, Maine.
